Why you’re Reading This:
I only communicate one way—openly and honestly. This Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can expect from each other in a working relationship and the terms and conditions of joining this group. If there is anything you are uncomfortable with, or if the program is not meeting your expectations, please let me know immediately. I want to make sure we are on the same page moving forward, and I can only make adjustments to a container if things are communicated with me.

In exchange for agreeing to work together with me, Becky Keen you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Parties. This Agreement is made between Anchored in Safety Inc., a company incorporated in Nova Scotia (“Becky Keen”, “Becky” “I”, and “me”) and you, the person who has clicked ‘I Agree’ to this Agreement (“you” and “your”).
2. My Promise to You. Becky Keen will provide you with a group program as outlined on the sales page or check out page. As your coach and mentor, I commit to not holding back, and to showing up fully in support of you.
3. Term + Termination. This Agreement will be binding upon your electronic acceptance of this Agreement and will last for as long as the time determined by the scope of work outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
4. Termination. Please note that if you violate any of the expectations outlined in Schedule “B” Rules + Guidelines, Becky Keen may terminate this Agreement effective immediately and you will not be entitled to any refunds or any continued working relationship with Becky Keen.
5. What Becky Keen Expects of You. Just as you are investing in me, I’m also investing my time and energy in you. To achieve maximum results, Becky Keen asks that you commit to the following:
   1. You commit to showing up fully, taking personal responsibility and playing full out, really going for creating what you want in your business and life.
   2. You commit to holding yourself in a safe and nurturing space to look at yourself, realizing that all the answers are within you.
   3. You understand this is a group program and not 1-1 coaching, unless you have upgraded for such.
   4. You commit to being supportive and uplifting, not only to yourself, but all other humans in the program.
   5. You commit to being anti-racist and following the full community guidelines which will be shared with you upon registration. If you'd like to see them in advance of joining, please email [email protected]
6. Cancellations and Refunds. Jumping into a program is a commitment, so be sure that you are 100% committed to the process. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my refund policy:
   1. All group programs packages are final sale. There are no refunds.
   2. Becky Keen reserves the right to cancel your access to the program if you are not meeting the Respectful Working Expectations we’ve set out in Schedule “B” Rules + Guidelines.
   3. If you choose to leave the program before your contract is complete, you will still be responsible to pay any remaining money owed.
7. Services. Becky Keen will be providing you with a group program, as outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost, and per the program sales page.
8. Scheduling. You will have access to call as noted in Schedule “A” Services + Cost, and per the program sales or checkout page.
9. No Guarantees. While there are some things I can control, like how much I will support you and how I’ll do what I can to support you throughout the program, there are some things I cannot control. As such, no guarantees can be made for the results from the program.
10. Responsibility. Please acknowledge you are fully responsible for how you show up inside this container. I’ve created the program and used my experience and qualifications to bring you the greatest benefits possible, but none of that can happen if you do not show up for yourself.
11. Copyright. The material in the Programs is covered by the provisions of the Copyright Act (Canada) and by other applicable laws, policies, regulations and international agreements that address intellectual property rights. Except as granted in the limited license, any use of the Programs, including modification, transmission, presentation, distribution, republication, or other exploitation of the Programs or of its content, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Provider. 
12. Payment. Payment details and cost for your group program program are outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
13. Communication. All communication will be done via email, Zoom and voxer if purchased.
14. Concerns. I want you to love the program and expect you to speak up if anything isn’t sitting right with you, for the sake of your own progress.
15. Currency. All prices are in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars. Taxes are included for Canadians. Payment will be made in accordance with the payment method outlined in Schedule “A”.
16. Confidentiality. We operate and grow in a safe space. I want you to know that everything shared in our community is strictly confidential, unless you give permission to share.
17. Ownership of Materials. All the content that I have provided to you, such as training videos and PDFs, are for your use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-used.
18. Standard Legal Things. You know you’re almost at the end of the Agreement when you get to the standard stuff that no one cares about but is still kind of important! Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

SCHEDULE “A” SERVICES + COST

Fees

In consideration of your access to the Program, you agree to pay the fees connected to the sales page and checkout form. We offer pay in full option or monthly payments. Taxes are included for Canadian residents. Should you require a receipt that shows HST, please contact the team.

If you opt for monthly payments, you shall be automatically charged every month thereafter, for the term of your program, and if you decide to exit the program before it has reached its completion, you are responsible to make any remaining payments. 

Payment Plan Authorization

You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.

Refund Policy

As per section 5 above, there are no refunds.

Payment Method

Made by credit card through Stripe, via the program check-out page.

SCHEDULE “B” RULES + GUIDELINES

The following are the general group guidelines that we hold for all of our clients in the group. Full community guidelines will be shared upon registration, which go into more detail.

If you are breach in any of these, Becky Keen reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.

1. Please be positive, supportive and encouraging of yourself and others.
2. Use the Group on your process towards gaining insight into your own growth and to stretch your own limits.
3. Remember that we are not here to fix other people, we are here to uplift and support each other. Ask someone for permission before dishing out advice. Be clear in what feedback you are seeking from the group.
4. You are not here to coach one another. Yes, let's support one another but you are not here to coach each other. On calls, I ask you to pay attention to what others are saying so you can use it for your own growth.

Guidelines for behaviour that is not allowed in the  Group, and will result in a breach of your Agreement:

• No selling or sales pitches promoting your own programs inside of the group – unless you have been given permission to do so. 
• Nothing self-promotional or invitations asking other members to join groups, retreats, or free/paid programs. 
• No making negative comments to other members of the Group.
• No rants or complaint posts.
• No off-topic questions that distract the group from focusing on the content.
• No racist, bullying or anti-semitic comments that cause harm to other members of the group.
