BECKY KEEN GROUP MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Why you’re Reading This:
I only communicate one way – openly and honestly. I know who I love working with and I know how I love working with them. This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can expect from each other in working together. If there is anything you are uncomfortable with, please let me know immediately. I want to make sure we are on the same page moving forward.
In exchange for agreeing to work together with Becky Keen you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
- Parties. This Agreement is made between Anchored in Safety Inc., a company incorporated in Nova Scotia (“Becky Keen”, “Becky” “I”, and “me”) and you, the person who has clicked ‘I Agree’ to this Agreement (“you” and “your”).
- My Promise to You. Becky Keen will provide you with a group membership. As your coach and mentor, I commit to not holding back, to showing up fully in support of you having the most powerful, transformational, and life-altering experience possible.
- Term + Termination. This Agreement will be binding upon your electronic acceptance of this Agreement and will last for as long as the time determined by the scope of work outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
- Termination. Please note that if you violate any of the expectations outlined in Schedule “B” Rules + Guidelines, Becky Keen may terminate this Agreement effective immediately and you will not be entitled to any refunds or any continued working relationship with Becky Keen.
- What Becky Keen Expects of You. Just as you are investing in me, I’m also investing my time and energy in you. To achieve maximum results, Becky Keen asks that you commit to the following:
- You commit to being honest and vulnerable, to lean into your edge, to take risks, to being willing to mess up, to learn from it and use everything for your growth and mastery, because that’s the path to success.
- You commit to holding yourself in a safe and nurturing space to look at yourself, realizing that all the answers are within YOU.
- You commit to showing up 100%, and to being willing to face your fears and limiting beliefs so it’s not used as an excuse to hold yourself back from taking consistent action.
- You commit to showing up fully, taking personal responsibility and playing full out, really going for creating what you want in your business and life.
- You understand the power of the coaching + mentoring relationship can only be granted by you, and if something’s not working, you commit to communicating that and to making adjustments so you can take action in a way that’s aligned for you.
- You commit to being supportive and uplifting, not only to yourself, but all other women in the membership program.
- You commit to being anti-racist.
- Cancellations and Refunds. Jumping into a paid membership program is a commitment, so be sure that you are 100% committed to the process. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my refund policy:
- All membership packages are final sale. There are no refunds.
- Becky Keen reserves the right to cancel the membership if you are not meeting the Respectful Working Expectations we’ve set out in Schedule “B” Rules + Guidelines.
- If you choose to leave the membership before your contract is complete, you will still be responsible to pay any remaining money owed.
- Services. Becky Keen will be providing you with a membership program, as outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
- Scheduling. You will have access to call as noted in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
- No Guarantees. While there are some things I can control, like how much I will support you and how I’ll do everything I can for you throughout the membership, there are some things I cannot control. As such, no guarantees can be made for the results from the membership.
- Responsibility. Please acknowledge you are fully responsible for everything you give and get from this process. I’ve created the membership and used my experience and qualifications to bring you the greatest benefits possible, but none of that can happen if you do not put in the work. You get what you give – and I want you to be aware of that before we start working together.
- Payment. Payment details and cost for your membership program are outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
- Communication. All communication will be done via email, Facebook, and Zoom.
- Concerns. I want you to love the membership program and expect you to speak up if anything isn’t sitting right with you, for the sake of your own progress.
- Currency. All prices are in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars. Payment will be made in accordance with the payment method outlined in Schedule “A”.
- Confidentiality. We operate and grow in a safe space. I want you to know that everything shared in our community is strictly confidential, unless you give permission to share.
- Ownership of Materials. All the content that I have provided to you, such as training videos and PDFs, are for your use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-used.
- Standard Legal Things. You know you’re almost at the end of the Agreement when you get to the standard stuff that no one cares about but is still kind of important! Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

SCHEDULE “A” SERVICES + COST

Fees
In consideration of your access to the Program, you agree to pay the following fees.
You may choose between monthly payments of $250 with the first payment due immediately and the remaining 30 days thereafter, or a pay in full payment of $997.
If you opt for monthly payments, you shall be automatically charged $250 every month thereafter until your subscription period has ended.
Payment Plan Authorization
You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
Refund Policy
As per section 5 above, there are no refunds.
Your subscription will not auto-renew, but you may request to continue your membership beyond the initial subscription period by emailing [email protected].
Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period.

SCHEDULE “B” RULES + GUIDELINES
The following are the Respectful Working Expectations for the Facebook Group that we hold for all of our clients in the group membership.
If you are breach in any of these, Becky Keen reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately. This Facebook Group is exclusively for members of the program.
- Be positive, supportive and encouraging of yourself and others.
- Use the Group on your process towards gaining insight into your own growth and to stretch your own limits.
- Remember that we are not here to fix other people, we are here to uplift and support each other. Ask someone for permission before dishing out advice. Be clear in what feedback you are seeking from the group.
With that in mind, here are some examples of what the Facebook Group permits and encourages:
- Sharing of insights, wins, and ‘Aha’ or clarity moments
- Outlining your goals and how you plan to achieve them
- Business breakthroughs
- Questions related to the program content that the group can help with
Guidelines for behaviour that is not allowed in the Facebook Group, and will result in a breach of your Agreement:
- No selling or sales pitches promoting your own programs inside of the Facebook group – unless you have been given permission to do so. Selling to other members is permitted inside this group, however, we will keep the Facebook group clear of sales pitches so it’s not one big selling party. You ARE permitted to talk about your work, your offers, and your services when you are featured as a group mentor and inside of the referral collective.
- Nothing self-promotional or invitations asking other members to join groups, retreats, or free/paid programs. If someone approaches you to work with you, you are permitted to follow-up on that.
- No negative self-talk or comments
- No judging other people and making negative comments to other members of the Group
- No rants or complaint posts
- No off-topic questions that distract the group from focusing on the content
- No racist comments that cause to other members of the group
