Why you’re Reading This Document

I only communicate one way—openly and honestly. This Coaching Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can expect from each other in a working relationship. If there is anything you are uncomfortable with,or if the coaching container is not meeting your expectations, please let me know immediately. I want to make sure we are on the same page moving forward, and I can only make adjustments to a container if things are communicated with me.

In exchange for agreeing to work together with Becky Keen you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Parties. This Agreement is made between Anchored in Safety Inc., a company incorporated in Nova Scotia  (“Becky Keen”, “Becky” “I”, and “me”) and yourself (“you” and “your”). 
2. My Promise to You. Becky Keen will provide you with a 1-1 coaching package. As your coach and mentor, I commit to not holding back, and to showing up fully in support of you.
3. Term + Termination. This Agreement will be binding upon execution by both parties and will last for as long as the time determined by the scope of work outlined in Schedule “A”.
4. Termination. Please note that if you violate any of the expectations outlined in Schedule “B” Expectations, Becky Keen may terminate this Agreement effective immediately and you will not be entitled to any refunds or any continued working relationship with Becky Keen. 
5. What Becky Keen Expects of You. Just as you are investing in me, I’m also investing my time and energy in you. To achieve maximum results, Becky Keen asks that you commit to the following: 
   1. You commit to showing up fully, taking personal responsibility and playing full out, really going for creating what you want in your business and life.
   2. You commit to holding yourself in a safe and nurturing space to look at yourself, realizing that all the answers are within you.
   3. You understand the power of the coaching + mentoring relationship can only be granted by you, and if something’s not working, you commit to communicating that and to making adjustments so you can take action in a way that’s aligned for you.
6. Cancellations and Refunds. Jumping into a coaching container is a commitment, so be sure that you are 100% committed to the process. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my refund policy:
   1. All coaching packages are final sale. There are no refunds.
   2. Becky Keen reserves the right to cancel your access to the program if you are not meeting the Respectful Working Expectations we’ve set out in Schedule “B” Rules + Guidelines.
   3. If you choose to leave the container before your contract is complete, you will still be responsible to pay any remaining money owed.
   4. If there is an emergency, we will have a conversation abut how best to move forward.
7. Rescheduling Please give 48 hours’ notice if you have to cancel or reschedule, provided it is in the timeframe of the contract. This means that if we are working together on a 6-month package, all sessions need to take place within those 6-months.
8. Services. Becky Keen will be providing you with a 1-1 coaching program, as outlined in Schedule “A” Services.
9. Scheduling, Hours, Calls & Voxer.
   1. Booking Calls Once you have made payment and signed this Agreement, we will contact you and book you in for your first call. Moving forward, we prefer to pre-book all sessions included in your coaching program. If not, you can contact [email protected] to book your calls. You will receive an acuity invite via a Zoom link.
   2. Coaching Hours  Becky does 1-1 coaching calls on Tuesdays, unless other agreements have been made.
   3. Voxer and email support is generally available Monday through Thursday. You may voxer Becky anytime you like, and she will respond 1-2x per day Monday to Thursday.
   4. Copy Reviews and Audits As part of your package, beck will review one document of your choosing per month. This might be a sales page or offer document. You can email it to her directly and then voxer her that you have done so. She will provide voxer feedback on that document within 5 days.
   5. Vacations and Holidays Becky and her Team do not work, Fridays, weekends or holidays. The team also takes the month of August off, and three weeks in December, so if your coaching contract falls during that time, the time will be extended an extra month.
10. No Guarantees. While there are some things I can control, like how much I will support you and how I’ll do everything I can for you throughout the coaching process, there are some things I cannot control. As such, no guarantees can be made for the results from our coaching sessions.  
11. Responsibility.Please acknowledge you are fully responsible for how you show up inside this container. I coach using my experience and qualifications to bring you the greatest benefits possible, but none of that can happen if you do not show up for yourself.
12. Copyright - The material in the Programs is covered by the provisions of the Copyright Act (Canada) and by other applicable laws, policies, regulations and international agreements that address intellectual property rights. Except as granted in the limited license, any use of the Programs, including modification, transmission, presentation, distribution, republication, or other exploitation of the Programs or of its content, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Provider. 
13. Payment. Payment details and cost for your coaching program are outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
14. Communication. All communication will be done via email, Zoom, voxer, or in-person. 
15. Concerns. I want you to love our coaching relationship and expect you to speak up if anything isn’t sitting right with you, or you aren’t loving the coaching relationship, for the sake of your own progress. 
16. Time Integrity. Sessions take place on the agreed upon time. Please be on time, being late means you will receive a shorter session. They will not be extended due to tardiness and the full session will be deemed to be complete. 
17. Currency. All prices are in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars. Tax is included for Canadian residents. Payment will be made in accordance with the payment method outlined in Schedule “A”.
18. Confidentiality. We operate and grow in a safe space. I want you to know that everything shared in our sessions is strictly confidential. 
19. Standard Legal Things. You know you’re almost at the end of the Agreement when you get to the standard stuff that no one cares about but is still kind of important! Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

SCHEDULE “A” SERVICES + COST

Fees

In consideration of your access to coaching services, you agree to pay the fees connected to the sales page and/or checkout form. We offer pay in full option or monthly payments. Taxes are included for Canadian residents. Should you require a receipt that shows HST, please contact the team.

If you opt for monthly payments, you shall be automatically charged every month thereafter, for the term of your program. 

Payment Plan Authorization

You hereby authorize the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.

Refund Policy

As per section 5 above, there are no refunds.

SCHEDULE “B” RULES + GUIDELINES

The following are the Respectful Working Expectations we hold for all of our clients. If you are breach any term of the Agreements or any of the expectations below, Becky Keen reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately:

1. If you are a no-show on your calls or you consistently reschedule your appointments such that it is inhibiting your progress and wasting your and my time; and
2. If you’re rude, mean, not respectful of me or yourself; and 
3. If you fail to follow what is outlined in section 4 of this Agreement; and
4. If you disparage or say negative things out Becky Keen Coaching in the public domain, before addressing Becky first. We totally get if you have feedback or ways we can improve, but we’d love you to speak to us directly, first. Thank you!
5. Also, racism, anti-semitism, harassment and bullying will not be tolerated.
